With more than 16,000 employees, the company is committed to delivering innovative entertainment while promoting responsible gaming and sustainable growth.
Mission & Vision
To provide fun and entertainment through a comprehensive gaming offering in a modern, innovative and responsible environment.
Mission
Vision
To become a global leader in the leisure and entertainment industry through excellence, efficiency, profitability and a strong commitment to society.
Some of the projects developed during my internship, such as graphic materials for internal corporate events, internal newsletters and the Corporate Book for investors, cannot be included in this portfolio due to confidentiality agreements and the private nature of these internal communication initiatives.
Working alongside photographers and the communication team, I helped organize the sessions, prepare the locations and coordinate the visual direction to ensure the images aligned with CIRSA's corporate identity.
The final photographs were later used across internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, corporate publications and the 2024 ESG Report.
Corporate Photography Sessions

As part of the Corporate Design team, I participated in the planning and execution of several corporate photoshoots across CIRSA's headquarters in Terrassa and the offices of Unidesa and Sportium.

Brand Guidelines
Supporting the development and refinement of CIRSA's Brand Guidelines through layout improvements, content review and visual consistency checks.

Brand Center
Supporting the development of CIRSA's Brand Center by adapting logo assets, organizing brand resources and helping create a centralized platform for consistent brand management across the organization.

Internal Newsletters
Design and layout of internal newsletters communicating company initiatives, employee programs and corporate updates, ensuring consistency with CIRSA's visual identity across every publication.

Beyond the design work, I also collaborated in the organization and on-site production of the event, working alongside the Corporate Communication team and external event suppliers to coordinate logistics, oversee the implementation of the visual materials and help deliver a cohesive experience from concept to execution.
Christmas Campaign & Corporate Event
The annual Christmas celebration was one of the largest internal events organized by CIRSA, bringing together employees through a fully branded experience. I contributed to the visual communication of the event by designing invitations, event graphics, parking passes, accreditation materials and other branded assets, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the campaign's identity.

ESG Report 2024
As part of the design team, I contributed to the development of CIRSA's 2024 ESG Report, supporting the editorial layout, graphic elements, photography selection and overall visual structure. The project focused on transforming complex sustainability information into a clear, engaging publication while maintaining consistency with the company's corporate identity.

Experience
I would also like to highlight the warm welcome and continuous support I received from the Corporate Communication team, who made me feel part of the department from day one.
It was a collaborative, demanding and highly motivating environment that allowed me to grow not only as a designer, but also as a professional and as a person.

During my internship at CIRSA, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a real corporate environment, working with an established brand, a well-defined visual identity and highly structured professional processes. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of how visual communication is managed within a large organization, and how every graphic detail contributes to a broader strategic vision.
One of the most valuable aspects of the internship was the opportunity to work closely with professionals from different departments and levels of the organization, including meetings with senior executives. It was inspiring to see how, despite their responsibilities, they remained approachable, supportive and guided by a clear strategic vision. Being exposed to this type of leadership helped me better understand how decisions are made in complex business environments and broadened my perspective beyond design.
